A 13x4" lace front wig is made up of lace that extends 13 inches in the front of the wig to cover the entire hairline, accompanied by a 4 inches deep part. The remaining portion of the wig is often made up of tracks sewn unto a cap. On the other hand, a 13x6" lace front, though its lace extends 13 inches in the front as well, it instead has a 6 inches deep part. This simply means that a 13x6" lace front wig will have an extra 2 inches more of lace parting space.What this means for you is that if you require a hairstyle with a long middle or side part, then the 13x6" option would be your best choice. This extra 2 inches of parting space provides you with a little bit more freedom and flexibility making it relatively easy to create a variety of styles such as a half up bun hairstyle.
